Problem Statement

National Finance is operated in 20+ different places across Oman. Managing attendance of staff from a central place was a major challenge for the organization. Earlier system was not effective enough to provide desired solution to the customer. The Company was looking for a comprehensive time-attendance solution for tracking the movement of their staff situated at different locations from a central place as well as preventive annual services for their complete time and attendance infrastructure across Oman.

Solution

Having all discussion with National finance team, KR has offered comprehensive time-attendance solution for managing attendance and track staff movement from a single place. Matrix has installed total 25 Argo Face time-attendance terminals across all different locations. All these devices are connected via LAN with COSEC server installed at head office. HR can track attendance of all people from a central place. Moreover, he can generate different types of customized reports in different file formats without much effort.
