Our team (mostly deployed full time at SBG locations) manage the company's complete infrastructure support, project related or day-to-day maintenance for all locations across Oman. We also render proactive maintenance of hardware and infrastructure to avoid blackout time periods and hence loss of productivity. We support SBG across the standard time shifts as well as during their extended time shifts to match their showroom timings and peak Ramadan sales timings.
